Christmas 2024 @ Towers of Hope

We need the following for the Christmas Day meal for 500 people:

• Chicken 90 kg (already donated)
• Samp (pre-cooked) 28 kg
• Potatoes 50 kg
• Carrots 32 kg
• Onions 15 kg
• Green beans 28 kg
• Soup powder (thickening of the stew) 14 x 1 kg packs
• Quality cooldrink 500 cans / small bottles of cooldrink 

We plan to use the potatoes and vegetables in a nice thick chicken stew, served with samp. For dessert, we have ‘muffin in custard’. We thus need 500 muffins, either backed or bought fresh from a shop, and:

• Muffins 500
• Ultramel custard 50 x one litre

• 500 Polystyrene lunch boxes (see picture)

• 500 Polystyrene pudding boxes (see picture)
• 500 Plastic spoons, forks, knives (preferably white)

We need the following products for the Christmas gift parcels:

• Toothpaste 500 tubes
• Toothbrushes 500
• Deodorant roll-on’s 500 (350 for men, 150 for ladies)
• Body soap 500 bars
• Vaseline (small) 500
• A large number of smaller sweets (enough to put a handful in 500 parcels)
• A large quantity of chips (enough to put 2 handfuls in 500 parcels)

We plan to pack gift parcels, each containing a smaller bag for toiletries, and another one for sweets & chips, the week before Christmas.
